CANT LOG ON

I EMAILED OKTA AND STILL NO REPLY !!!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST APP EVER !!! NO stars !!
I cannot log on due to not having my old number anymore .
So the verification code is getting sent to lord knows who, and I CANT CHANGE IT
